Havana Nightclubs
The nightlife in Havana is diverse and exciting. With a vribrant dance and musc culture, Cuba is a great place for clubbing. There are plenty of places to choose from and below a look at some of our favourites.
Casa de la Musica (Calle Galiano)
This is a great place to enjoy nightlife in true Cuban fashion. The music is generally provided by live salsa bands but there are sometimes djs which entertain the crowds who gather on the dancefloor in front of the stage. There is also plenty of seating for those who cannot live with the pace of the music, and the relaxed dress code means that you can arrive here without prior planning. The location in the centre of Havana is convenient and means that you can easily find 
your way back to your accommodation.
Café Cantante Mi Habana (Paseo y 39)
This establishment is located in the basement of the national theatre and offers both day and night time entertainment. This is another of the best venues in the city to enjoy salsa with high quality bands playing here on a regular basis. On other nights there is also a selection of r&B and pop music.
El Chévere (Margenes del Río Calle)
This is a large disco style establishment which attracts young people who like to dress smartly and dance the night away. There are two dancefloors to choose from, both of which are outside. The main danclefloor is large allows you to enjoy great music in real al fresco style, whilst the second is around a swimming pool. If you are not familiar with the area you may find it a bit difficult to find this place so it is recommended that you do your homework before setting off.
